Using BOTOX® injections helps smooth moderate to severe crow’s feet and frown lines by targeting one of the underlying causes—the muscle contractions responsible for frowning and squinting.The stress of a busy life can accelerate the aging process leaving your skin with tired lines and wrinkles. Most people first notice fine lines and wrinkles around their eyes and mouth, but the treatment areas can be expanded depending on personal needs and concerns. Common injection sites and unit amounts include:

  • Forehead injections will smoothen the appearance of lines running across the length of the forehead. 10-30 Botox units are generally needed for forehead injections.
  • Frown lines injections target the area right above and right in between the eyebrows. Frown lines injections will result in a more relaxed and rejuvenated appearance. 20-30 Botox units are needed for frown lines injections.
  • Anti-winkle injections, or otherwise known as crow’s feet are located in and around the corner of the eyes. Crow’s feet are a result of aging skin that lacks firmness. Anti-winkle injections will improve the appearance of crow’s feet and will also prevent them from getting worse in the long run. Anti-winkle injections generally require 9-12 Botox units per side.
  • Naslis lines (5-10 Botox units)
  • Dimpled chin (2-6 Botox units)
  • Under arms, palms of hands, bottoms of the feet (for those with chronic sweating issues) (minimum 100 Botox units)

Used in adults 18 years or older, BOTOX helps to prevent headaches in adults with chronic migraines who have 15 or more days each month who’s migraines are lasting 4 or more hours each day. It takes two treatments of BOTOX injections (at 12 weeks apart) to determine how much of an effect this treatment will have on you and your headaches.
